Eve Girl

This card was an inspiration from a card made for a daughter of friends birthday. This image is a rubber stamp called "Eve Girl" created by artist Angie Blom and sold by Unity Stamp Company. I colored the image with Copic markers. It's hard to tell in the photo but the snowflakes I used glitter glue.

This image reminded me of a  photo her dad had taken of her five years ago during our community's Christmas festival called "Merry Wells".

Cards made with "Eve Girl" can be found at The Market at 76067 in historic downtown Mineral Wells.

Birthday Cards

This card was fun to create. It may surprise you that I used four stamp sets to make it!

It was actually inspired by a card I made for a custom order.

I had several friends have milestone birthdays this year and that inspired me to create the next two cards for customers who have family or friends with milestone birthdays. In order to make the card more flexible I added 3 other options to easily change which milestone birthday needed. Each has adhesive with protective covering. Simply remove the covering and place on the card.

This card can be made in any color.

The next 3 cards were created right at the close of Father's Day. Two sentiments were created to make these cards more versatile. These sentiments like the milestone birthday cards have adhesive with protective covering on the back. Simply peel off the protective covering and place on the inside of the card.

Need a Card for a Milestone Birthday?

Recently I needed several cards for some milestone birthdays. So on today's blog I thought I would share those with you to showcase what Light in My Pathway can create for you.

I made this card for a friend who turned 40 this year.

This card was for a sweet lady from my church.

My Aunt turns 80 this week. On the inside of this one I put the sentiment "and you wear it well. Happy Birthday"

So if you are in need of a numerical birthday card to celebrate a birthday milestone let Light in My Pathway create that card for you.

Wedding

Needing a wedding card? Light in My Pathway has you covered.

This is an elegant card created using heat and dry embossing.

This card comes in two options.

Another wedding card option. Although it doesn't show in the photograph the bodice of the wedding dress has sparkle giving it the look of sequins.

These cards can be found in the online store and at The Market at 76067.

Thank You

One of those cards that is good to have on hand always is a "Thank You" card. A handwritten note of "Thanks" inside a quality unique handcrafted card speaks volumes to the recipient.

From elegant to cute, Light in My Pathway has and can create just the right "Thank You" card for you.

Each of these cards is blank on the inside leaving plenty of room for writing your personal note of thanks and gratitude.

Are you Ready for St. Patty's Day?

How many of you celebrate St. Patrick's Day? I've not been a big celebrater but I know some who do! This isn't really a big "card day" like Valentine's Day but on the off chance someone might want a card, I created a few just for that occasion.

These cards I created using mostly design paper. What I mean by that is, I had this paper for a scrapbook project and never used it. What better way to re-purpose paper than to make cards with it. It really wasn't St Patrick's Day specific except for one paper and a sheet of stickers that came with the collection.

I did use two rubber stamps I had that were St Patrick's Day themed.

This first card is all paper and stickers except the shamrocks which was one of the stamps I had. The inside reads "Happy St. Patricks Day".

The inside of this one reads "I'm so lucky to have you" with the shamrocks.

This card is blank on the inside.

This one I used a sticker as the sentiment on the inside.
It reads:
Kiss Me
Luck of the Irish
Pot of Gold
Top o' the morning
LUCKY
March 17th
Leprechaun
No Pinching

This one is blank on the inside.

The inside reads "Happy St. Patrick's Day".

All these cards are in the online store and in The Market at 76067 located in downtown Mineral Wells.

Each of these cards are one-of-a-kind. Once they are gone they can't be duplicated.
